Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we will not be able to change or cancel the order once it is shipped.


How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we will send your tracking information via email. Usually, you will receive the tracking number one day after we ship the item. You can also track your order on the order tracking page.

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with the purchased item and want to return it, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the order. Please provide your order number and pictures of wading and original packaging. The product must be in its original saleable state to be eligible for return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions after the return is approved.

Will my return include shipping costs?

If the product has no quality problems, all return shipping costs and other incidental charges shall be borne by the customer.
